STEFAN GARTRELL

Stefan Gartrell is the founder of Ripple Effect 22 (RE22), a youth mentorship program he envisioned during high school and officially launched in 2016. After a nine-year career in professional baseball, Stefan dedicated himself to empowering San Francisco’s youth through mentorship, refining a curriculum he developed during college. Over the past eight years, he and a team of volunteers have positively impacted hundreds of young people. In 2023, his wife, Shavon, joined RE22 full-time, further strengthening their commitment to the community. Stefan, known for his charismatic approach and leadership skills, is passionate about helping youth unlock their full potential.

Shavon Gartrell currently serves as the Director of Development at Ripple Effect 22 (RE22), a position she undertook in June 2023. Hailing from San Francisco, Shavon is deeply committed to empowering youth and women, recognizing and valuing the unique potential within each individual. Within RE22, she spearheads fundraising and strategic expansion initiatives, drawing upon her extensive background in operations and management to amplify the organization’s influence. Notably, she conceptualized the Ambassador Program, which equips young individuals to disseminate RE22’s curriculum, resulting in its expansion from one school to five. Shavon is also fervent about fostering leadership skills, offering mentorship to women, and contributing to her community with both empathy and purpose.

Michael STOUTMIRE

Michael Stoutmire is originally from Alabama and brings his extensive leadership experience from the hospitality sector to his role as Director of Operations and Administration at Ripple Effect 22 (RE22), which he joined in late 2023. At RE22, Michael oversees daily operations, resource allocation, and strategic planning to advance the organization’s mission of youth development. He is passionate about creating sustainable programs that equip young people with essential life skills. Notably, he mentored a high school senior who became the first in their family to graduate and pursue higher education. Outside of RE22, Michael also manages volunteers at Glad Tidings Church, reinforcing his dedication to community service.

Michelle Turner

Michelle “Chelle T” Turner is a versatile creative who serves as the Program Director of the Block to Block program at Ripple Effect 22, where she mentors teens and youth. Drawing from her experience as a writer, producer, and comedian, she helps young people explore creative careers. Known for her Amazon Prime comedy special “It Just Got Real” and work as an OAP on TruthFM, Chelle T brings energy and expertise to the RE22 community. She also hosts RE22 events and serves as an outside consultant, using her vibrant presence to inspire and empower the next generation.

Thomas Seibert

Thomas Seibert is a visionary marketing and media consultant who has significantly impacted Ripple Effect 22. As the CEO and founder of Church Design Labs, he brings expertise in media production, marketing, and design, helping organizations elevate their message. At Ripple Effect 22, Thomas is a Marketing/Media Consultant, using his artistic vision to create compelling branding and communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. His innovative approach has greatly enhanced the organization’s outreach. Thomas plays a key role in amplifying Ripple Effect 22’s mission by blending creativity, strategic marketing, and purposeful design.

Ramon Cossey

Ramon Cossey born and raised in San Francisco, is a passionate advocate for youth development. His experiences growing up in the city inspired his dedication to helping young people find their purpose and become change-makers in their communities. Ramon volunteers as an administrative assistant at Ripple Effect 22, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the organization’s mission. His most impactful experience has been his involvement in the Redefined Camp, a collaborative project that engaged over 130 youth in transformative activities. Ramon enjoys city-building games, hiking, and staying active outside of work, reflecting his belief in growth and strategy.

Laura Tinetti

Laura boasts more than 18 years of experience in the retail real estate sector, specializing in tenant expansion and strategic store development. Her portfolio includes collaborations with leading retailers and landlords, where she has demonstrated a knack for introducing innovative solutions to urban retail spaces in San Francisco. At RE22, Laura leverages her wealth of expertise to drive organizational growth through meticulous strategic planning and fostering valuable relationships.

David Wilkins

David is an enthusiastic youth leader who has dedicated 8 years to establishing a diverse youth ministry in San Francisco. He is the founder of Bible Clubs and a leadership program. At RE22, David plays a key role in supporting scaling efforts as an ambassador leader and mission advocate, contributing to the advancement of youth empowerment through his visionary leadership.

Bobby Evans

Bobby, the former General Manager of the San Francisco Giants, offers a wealth of leadership experience derived from his successful tenure in professional baseball. Renowned for his adeptness in assembling triumphant teams, Bobby currently applies his leadership acumen at RE22 as a mission advocate, dedicating himself to bolstering the organization’s outreach and mission endeavors.

Alex Cabansagan

Alex, a business development consultant and senior pastor, demonstrates exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills. He adeptly facilitates business growth while offering spiritual guidance. Within RE22, Alex plays a pivotal role as a mentor and lead volunteer, overseeing the Kingdom Club and fostering enduring connections.
