STEFAN GARTRELL

Stefan Gartrell is the founder of Ripple Effect 22 (RE22), a youth mentorship program he envisioned during high school and officially launched in 2016. After a nine-year career in professional baseball, Stefan dedicated himself to empowering San Francisco’s youth through mentorship, refining a curriculum he developed during college. Over the past eight years, he and a team of volunteers have positively impacted hundreds of young people. In 2023, his wife, Shavon, joined RE22 full-time, further strengthening their commitment to the community. Stefan, known for his charismatic approach and leadership skills, is passionate about helping youth unlock their full potential.

Shavon Gartrell currently serves as the Director of Development at Ripple Effect 22 (RE22), a position she undertook in June 2023. Hailing from San Francisco, Shavon is deeply committed to empowering youth and women, recognizing and valuing the unique potential within each individual. Within RE22, she spearheads fundraising and strategic expansion initiatives, drawing upon her extensive background in operations and management to amplify the organization’s influence. Notably, she conceptualized the Ambassador Program, which equips young individuals to disseminate RE22’s curriculum, resulting in its expansion from one school to five. Shavon is also fervent about fostering leadership skills, offering mentorship to women, and contributing to her community with both empathy and purpose.

Michael STOUTMIRE

Michael Stoutmire, originally from Alabama, brings his extensive leadership experience from the hospitality sector to his role as Director of Operations and Administration at Ripple Effect 22 (RE22), which he joined in late 2023. At RE22, Michael oversees daily operations, resource allocation, and strategic planning to advance the organization’s mission of youth development. He is passionate about creating sustainable programs that equip young people with essential life skills. Notably, he mentored a high school senior who became the first in their family to graduate and pursue higher education. Outside of RE22, Michael also manages volunteers at Glad Tidings Church, reinforcing his dedication to community service.

Michelle Turner

Michelle “Chelle T” Turner is a dynamic and multifaceted creative who has made a significant impact at Ripple Effect 22 through her work as the Program Director of the Block to Block program. In this role, she mentors teens and youth, drawing from her extensive experience as a writer, producer, and comedian. Chelle T uses her platform to guide young people in exploring creative careers and discovering their potential. Known for her success as a comedian and media personality, with credits such as her Amazon Prime comedy special “It Just Got Real” and her work as an OAP on TruthFM, Chelle T brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to the RE22 community. Her contributions extend beyond mentorship—she also hosts and emcees various RE22 events, creating engaging and memorable experiences for attendees. Her ability to connect with youth on a personal and professional level makes her a powerful role model within the organization. In addition to her direct involvement with youth, Chelle T serves as an outside consultant for Ripple Effect 22, offering her expertise and insight to further the organization’s mission. Her vibrant presence and passion for empowering the next generation continue to leave a lasting mark on the community.

Thomas Seibert

Thomas Seibert is a visionary marketing and media consultant whose creativity and strategic thinking have made a lasting impact at Ripple Effect 22. As the CEO and founder of Church Design Labs, Thomas brings a wealth of expertise in media production, marketing, and design, helping organizations elevate their message and reach wider audiences. His innovative approach to branding and content creation has played a key role in shaping Ripple Effect 22’s communication strategy. At Ripple Effect 22, Thomas serves as a Marketing/Media Consultant, where his artistic vision drives campaigns that resonate with the community and beyond. His ability to craft compelling branding and design solutions that engage diverse audiences has significantly enhanced the organization’s outreach efforts. Thomas’s contributions are not only technical but inventive and inspired, as he consistently pushes boundaries to ensure Ripple Effect 22’s message is both impactful and inspiring. With a career that blends creativity, strategic marketing, innovative thinking, and a passion for purposeful design, Thomas continues to be an invaluable partner to Ripple Effect 22, amplifying its mission and helping transform lives through effective media and communication strategies.

Ramon Cossey

Ramon Cossey is a dedicated advocate for youth development, born and raised in the culturally rich and dynamic city of San Francisco, California. Growing up in the heart of the city gave him a firsthand view of the challenges and opportunities facing young people today. This upbringing sparked his passion for helping local youth discover their purpose and become agents of change within their communities. Currently volunteering as an administrative assistant at Ripple Effect 22, Ramon plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. His versatility and flexibility allow him to take on various tasks that support the organization’s mission, filling in wherever needed to keep things running efficiently. Whether coordinating office logistics or assisting with program preparations, Ramon is committed to providing the behind-the-scenes support that allows Ripple Effect 22’s initiatives to thrive. One of Ramon’s most impactful experiences so far has been his involvement in the Redefined Camp, where Ripple Effect 22 collaborated with youth organizations across San Francisco to engage over 130 young people in transformative activities. This project exemplifies his passion for empowering youth with the life skills and mentorship needed to ignite their potential and foster a sense of purpose. At the core of Ramon’s commitment is his dedication to seeing young people come alive with purpose. Outside of work, he enjoys playing city-building games, hiking, and staying active—activities that align with his belief in growth, strategy, and building strong foundations, both in games and in life.

Laura Tinetti

Laura boasts more than 18 years of experience in the retail real estate sector, specializing in tenant expansion and strategic store development. Her portfolio includes collaborations with leading retailers and landlords, where she has demonstrated a knack for introducing innovative solutions to urban retail spaces in San Francisco. At RE22, Laura leverages her wealth of expertise to drive organizational growth through meticulous strategic planning and fostering valuable relationships.

David Wilkins

David is an enthusiastic youth leader who has dedicated 8 years to establishing a diverse youth ministry in San Francisco. He is the founder of Bible Clubs and a leadership program. At RE22, David plays a key role in supporting scaling efforts as an ambassador leader and mission advocate, contributing to the advancement of youth empowerment through his visionary leadership.

Bobby Evans

Bobby, the former General Manager of the San Francisco Giants, offers a wealth of leadership experience derived from his successful tenure in professional baseball. Renowned for his adeptness in assembling triumphant teams, Bobby currently applies his leadership acumen at RE22 as a mission advocate, dedicating himself to bolstering the organization’s outreach and mission endeavors.

Alex Cabansagan

Alex, a business development consultant and senior pastor, demonstrates exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills. He adeptly facilitates business growth while offering spiritual guidance. Within RE22, Alex plays a pivotal role as a mentor and lead volunteer, overseeing the Kingdom Club and fostering enduring connections.
